Job Position – E-Commerce Manager

Group Company – RAK National Markets; has a strong presence in the retail business sector in Ras Al Khaimah & at present 10 Hypermarkets operate in different locations across Ras Al Khaimah.
Location – Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
Qualification– Bachelor’s Degree

Gender – Any
Experience – 5+years of related work experience
Other pre-requisites – Proven experience as an E-Commerce Manager or in a similar role, Strong understanding of e-commerce trends, platforms, and technologies, demonstrated success in driving online sales and growing digital presence, UAE driving license
Role
– Developing and implementing the overall e-commerce strategy to drive online sales.
– Managing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
– Analysing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
– Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to optimize online performance.
– Overseeing product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales and profitability
– Monitoring website analytics, tracking key performance indicators, and generating reports for management.
Salary and Benefits – Salary commensurate to experience and potential are on offer.
Range 5000-7000 AED p.m. plus company visa, air passage, medical insurance, Company accommodation, company mobile sim ( if eligible) , annual leave , gratuity etc.
