Job Position – E-Commerce & Social Media Sales Agent

Key Responsibilities
Manage Platforms: Handle day-to-day operations across online sales channels.
Social Media Sales: Convert social media inquiries, direct messages, and comments into confirmed sales.
Customer Engagement: Provide quick, friendly responses to customer queries via chat, WhatsApp, and social platforms.
Campaign Support: Assist with promotional activities, digital campaigns, and seasonal sales pushes to hit revenue targets.
Order Coordination: Coordinate with the fulfillment and delivery teams to ensure timely order dispatch and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in e-commerce sales, digital marketing, or social media customer support.
Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with managing online storefronts or social selling tools (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok, etc).
Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Arabic speaker is a strong plus).
Result-Oriented: Driven, highly organized, and focused on hitting monthly sales metrics.
