Job Position – EHS Administrative Assistants

PURPOSE/SUMMARY
Conduct safety inspections of workplaces and actively participate in EHS trainings and meetings. Compile the EHS documentation & records.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
EDUCATION: Diploma or Graduate, NEBOSH/ IOSH certification will be an added advantage
EXPERIENCE: Experience in documentation & administration
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/COMPETENCES:
Good PC skills: MS office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Basic industrial safety awareness
Language skills: English (spoken & written), Hindi (Spoken)
HUMAN RELATIONS
REPORTS TO: HSE & Production Managers
INTERNAL: Production, warehouse & maintenance
EXTERNAL: NIL
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES – KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform inspection of factory areas as directed & trained by EHS specialist.
Compiling documentation as directed & trained by EHS Specialist
Any other duties assigned by the respective managers.
Adhere to all processes and procedures (HR, Quality, HSE, Finance, IT, Procurement, Operations) and relevant laws and regulations.
Adhere to the Company’s QHSE Management System requirements.
