1) Bid Coordinator / Graphic Designer
Role Overview: Support the Pre-Contract team in preparing high-quality bid submissions, proposals, and tender documents. This role combines proposal coordination, document preparation, and graphic design.
Key Responsibilities:
– Review and analyze RFP documents and client instructions.
– Coordinate with internal teams to gather information for submissions.
– Draft and edit proposals and company profiles.
– Design visually engaging proposals and presentations.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
– 3–5 years’ experience in bid coordination or graphic design.
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign).
2) Pre-Contracts Manager
Role Overview: Lead all pre-contract activities including tender management, estimation, and proposal development.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage the full tender process and mentor the Estimation Team.
– Review RFPs, BOQs, and technical requirements.
– Conduct commercial analysis of tender opportunities.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in tender management and contract review.
– Strong leadership and project management skills.
3) HR and Office Assistant
Role Overview: Support daily HR operations, office administration, and recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist with recruitment processes and candidate coordination.
– Maintain employee records and support onboarding.
– Manage office supplies and coordinate logistics.
Qualifications:
– Experience in HR or office administration.
– Strong organizational and communication skills.
4) Admin Coordinator for Desert Artisans Joinery
Role Overview: Support the Joinery Production team with documentation, production coordination, and supplier communication.
Key Responsibilities:
– Maintain production schedules and job tracking records.
– Coordinate material requests and deliveries.
– Prepare reports and support communication between teams.
Qualifications:
– 2–5 years’ experience in administrative coordination.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
