Job Position – ELV Estimator
Company Name – Vits

Employment Type: Full-Time
• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for ELV systems, including material, labour, and installation costs.
• Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings to identify project scope and requirements.
• Develop detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on project documentation
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Collaborate with design teams to validate and optimize system designs for cost efficiency and compliance.
• Analyse project risks, cost implications, and value engineering opportunities
• Maintain organized and detailed project records, including proposals, quotations, and revisions.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and project managers to address inquiries and provide technical support during the bidding process.
Qualifications and Experience
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ELV estimation for projects involving CCTV, access control, fire alarms, BMS, or public address systems.
Technical Skills:
-Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and estimation tools.
-In-depth knowledge of ELV system standards, codes, and regulations.
-Familiarity with relevant software tools for cost estimation and project planning.
