Job Position – End User Support Engineer

Notice Period : Immediate to 30Days
-Solid understanding of operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS,) with 5-7 Years of experience working as an End-User Support Engineer.
-Well versed in providing support for M365 apps, Outlook, OS (windows 10/11 & MAC), software (Office & standard 3d party), network, storage, telephony, printer, server, VPN, VDI, Projectors, Smart Boards, Audio / Visual Devices hardware, software and basic ERP issues and requests.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English and Arabic)
-Troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Desktops, Laptops, and Mobile devices.
-Experience working with organizational change management principles, practices, procedures & industry standards for quality management.
-Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
