Your Role:
You’ll be the organizational backbone of our engineering team, ensuring seamless coordination and documentation during the critical pre-opening phase. Your precision will help turn vision into reality
Key Responsibilities:
Manage engineering documentation, permits, and compliance records for MEP systems, construction snagging, and inspections.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications between contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders.
Oversee procurement processes, inventory tracking, and budget support for engineering equipment and tools.
Ensure adherence to KSA regulations, sustainability standards, and Raffles’ operational protocols.
Support the engineering team with reporting, data entry, and administrative workflows to meet pre-opening deadlines.
We’re Looking For:
Proven pre-opening experience in administrative roles within luxury hotels/resorts or large-scale construction projects. Expertise in managing technical documentation, compliance, and procurement processes.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and database systems.
Fluency in English (Arabic a plus); degree/diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred.
