Job Description
Performance Indicators
– Be part of all project meetings and report project status in Group CEO meetings
– Liaising among Project managers, Process owners and Business end users; Work closely with Project managers
– Adhere to project plan, understand the Priorities of Project, and Schedule meetings, and facilitate Infrastructure
– Compliance to the agreed project plans/ assessed and reviewed project reports.
– Manage the application after go-live like
– Make sure system being used completely and properly
– Engage IT team for any technical help
– Raise Service Request to Oracle for any application bugs
– Services availability meets the IT SLA
– Understand the current challenges/issues/pains of current business processes
– Understand the existing business processes, challenges, and future process
– Be a part of System-walkthrough sessions and raise the concerns if all requirements are not met
– Accurate analytics and reports.
