Hiring for an ERP Consultant/Analyst for a Joinery and Fit-Out Company (RELY INDUSTRIES FZCO) in Dubai.
Job Role:
Works closely with both technical and business staff to maintain a high performing optimized technology environment that drives process improvement.

Provide instruction, assistance and support to system end-users.

Generate reports and dashboards and provide data to management for the purpose of auditing and analysis.

Support the ERP system to include researching and resolving issues, supporting requests for custom searches and reporting, assisting in outlining enhancements, and administering user access to the system.

Manage the integrity of security design and engineering for the ERP applications and systems, including the implementation of backup and recovery processes. Administers ERP systems security measures to protect data, software and hardware.

Identifies and evaluates informational needs of staff. Develops customized reports as needed to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of data capture and reporting.

Develops orientation and training programs for individual modules and provides additional training for new employees as needed on applications specific to their job duties.

Coordinates installation and ongoing functionality of financial modules and other software applications, including evaluating and recommending changes as appropriate for maximum effectiveness of these modules. Meets quarterly with the departments for areas of responsibility.

Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required:
Good understanding of IT technologies used in engineering standard space
Proficient with analysis, design, maintenance, process improvement, and problem solving.
Experience using project management tools including Microsoft Office
Out of the box thinking, effective & critical thinking, and relationship building.
Able to work in a global multicultural environment.
Able to influence and build relationships at all levels of staff.
Must demonstrate a strong customer focused attitude and provide superior client experience.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
