Hiring for an ERP Manager (ERP Support/Process Re-engineering)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Type: Long term
Notice: Immediate to 1 month
· Professional accounting designation (CA, CPA, CGA or CMA), with 15+ years of experience within a large complex multi-site organization.
· Skilled in Process analysis, re-engineering, and process automation.
· Combination of accounting, business process and system knowledge of financial systems – knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP is mandatory. Exposure to other ERP solutions (i.e. SAP Ariba, EBS) are a plus.
· Collaborative leadership skills working with others to identify issues, design solutions, follow up with action, and evaluate results.
· Strong communication and presentation skills including the ability to comprehend complex issues and present information in concise meaningful ways.
· Experience with participatory methods, questionnaires is preferred.
· Strong computer and financial application skills including ability to productively use spreadsheet, word processing, presentation, and database applications
· 10 years of experience in Process re-engineering.
· 5+ years of experience in implementing ERP Solutions using industry standard best practices.
