Job Position – Estimation Engineer

The Estimation Engineer will play a key role in developing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a wide range of facilities management projects. This includes both hard and soft services MEP systems, civil works, cleaning, security, and landscaping. Estimation Engineer will be required to work closely with the business development, operations, procurement and project teams to ensure timely and compliant bid submissions.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil and/or Mechanical Engineering.
Proven experience of at least 6 years in estimation, preferably within the facilities management or MEP sectors.
Strong understanding of FM service delivery models, pricing strategies and contract types.
Proficient in MS Excel, estimating software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
