INTERIOR FIT-OUT COST ESTIMATOR
Your Job Responsibilities
-Checking received tender BOQ, Specifications and Drawings from
Client/Consultant.
-Preparation of BOQ (if not issued by Client/Consultant)
-If any details/clarifications are required, raising RFI to the Client and
follow up for the response.
-Identifying additional works not covered in the Client BOQ against
other tender documents.
-If Design & Build, carrying out Technical evaluation with design
team, production team and suppliers.
-Coordinating with the suppliers/subcontractors- Sending the
enquiries and following up for the quote.
-Taking off quantity- Preparation of the cost sheets according to the
received detail, specifications and BOQ.
-Evaluation of sub-contractors’ and suppliers’ quotations
-Preparation of the cost estimation sheet for the BOQ items with detailed rate analysis.
-Final checking of the costing and BOQ.
-Obtaining final approval from the Management.
-Tender Submission as per the RFQ requirements
