Job Position – Store General Manager

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage daily store operations and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
-Lead, motivate, and develop the store team.
-Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
-Maintain the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety.
-Monitor inventory, control costs, and achieve business targets.
Requirements:
-Saudi National.
-Previous experience as a Store Manager, Restaurant Manager or Store In-Charges in the coffee, café, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
-Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
-Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve performance goals.
