Job Position – Executive Assistant
Company Name – Lifecare International
You will provide executive level support in the planning and execution of administrative, financial, and operational activities for the CEO Office (business and personal)
-You will be an experienced Executive Assistant with a minimum 5 years of relevant work experience managing Executive profiles.
-You will have gained your Executive Assistant experience from within a financial services or professional services/corporate organization – experience working for a global firm will be advantageous
-High proficiency in English is essential with the ability to speak, read, write, and understand efficiently.
-You will have a strong service focus, be able to work within a fast-paced environment and be dedicated to meeting your role expectations and executing deliverables to the highest standards
-You will be skilled in MS Office 365 and MS Office applications
-Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint and experience of using SharePoint and Google Drive will be a definite advantage.
-You should be naturally organized, have great attention to detail, assertive, persistent, and knows ways to get things done.
