Job Position – Executive Assistant
Company Name – Sig Education
The responsibilities include:
– Conduct Business Research as required;
– Type, compile and prepare reports, presentations and correspondence (word, excel, ppt as required);
– Implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems;
– Record Minutes of Meeting and follow-up;
– Liaise with staff and external parties as required;
– Book and arrange travel, transport and accommodation;
– Manages calendar and organize meetings and appointments;
– Remind the C-Suite of important tasks and deadlines;
– Act as a point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls;
– Manage databases and filing systems;
– Various ad hoc requests.
Requirements:
– 3-5 years experience in the Education sector will be considered;
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
– A high level of attention to detail;
– Ability to work effectively within a team and independently;
– Solid time management skills, the ability to multi-task and cope with peaks of demand;
– Results-driven;
– Start date – as soon as possible.
Salary: AED 6000 depending on experience.
