– Manage calendars, meetings & appointments
– Coordinate travel, visas & accommodation
– Prepare reports, presentations & correspondence

– Liaise with internal & external stakeholders
Requirements:
– 3–5 years UAE experience as Executive Assistant
– Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
– Excellent communication & organizational skills
– Immediate joiners preferred
