Job Position – Executive Assistant

Language Required: Arabic speaker (Mandatory)
Required Experience:
-5+ Years of experience (Mandatory)
-CEO Agenda & Meetings:
Manage CEO’s schedule, meetings, and appointments.
Greet visitors, book meeting rooms, and take meeting minutes.
-Email & Communication:
Manage CEO’s emails and coordinate with departments.
Oversee CEO’s calendar and follow up on tasks.
-Events & Travel:
Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Prepare event reports and track follow-ups.
-Administrative Support:
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
Handle filing, data entry, and ad hoc tasks.
Act as point of contact for internal and external communications.
