Job Position – Executive – HR Helpdesk & Support

Job Description:
Seeking a dedicated and professional Executive HR Helpdesk & Support Services to join our team. This role is designed for an individual with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for delivering top-notch HR support. You will be responsible for handling HR queries and will take ownership of our HR hotline, communicate resolutions to HR-related calls, queries, or requests, and close calls as per company standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Bachelor’s degree is required
– A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR support or customer service role is preferred
– Experience in a call logging system is a must
– Strong English communication skills
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information
– Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
– High attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and data entry
