Job Position – Facilities Manager
Company Name – Stratum OAM
Location: Dubai
The candidate should have previous experience working as a facilities manager or in a comparable capacity, be knowledgeable about facilities management, have a background in engineering, and have excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors in facility management, engineering, or relevant field
• Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
• Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Good analytical/critical thinking
• Expertise in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Outlook
