Facilities Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily facility operations and ensure a safe, functional environment for students, staff, and visitors
– Coordinate with contractors and service providers for maintenance and repair tasks
– Execute and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance plans
– Perform hands-on technical work in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
– Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, and KHDA regulations
– Maintain building security, safety standards, and overall operational efficiency

Requirements:
-Proven experience in facility management or a similar supervisory role
– Strong technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
– Experience coordinating contractors and maintenance teams
– Understanding of health, safety, and regulatory compliance
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to facility needs promptly
– Strong problem-solving and communication skills
