We’re hiring for Facility Officer @Tawar Mall
Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience (inclusive of 1 year in a mall)
No of Vacancies: 8
Job Type: Full Time
Type of Hire: Local with valid QID & NOC
Male / Any Nationality
Requirements:
· Fluency in English
· Organizational skills
· Able to work in shifts.
· Good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
· Team player
· Able to assess and prioritize tasks.
· Good computer literacy
· Able to use initiative and work unsupervised.
· Excellent organizational skills
· Customer service skills
Responsibilities:
· Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment and internal systems (e.g. heating system, alarms, security cameras)
· To identify needs for repairs or renovations inside the mall
· Oversee the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the building.
· Monitor activities that happen outside the mall, such as proper waste disposal and recycling
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as per the requirement.
