Job Position – F&B Cost Controller
Location: Fujairah, UAE
Salary: AED 7,000 – AED 10,000 per month (all-inclusive)
Visa: Company-provided
To join their team. The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare COGS reports and daily flash reports
-Develop and maintain recipes, menu pricing, and consumption tracking
-Create and update Menu Engineering Worksheets
-Conduct variance analysis for food and beverages
-Verify voids, promotions, and discounts
-Ensure accurate sales integration into financial systems
-Monitor daily inventory issuance and control wastage & pilferage
-Audit and verify POS system settlements
-Participate in stock-taking and inventory audits
-Review and verify petty cash replenishments
-Work with accounting systems and Excel formulas
-Assist with audits and financial efficiency improvements
Requirements:
– 4-5 years of experience in F&B cost control
– Strong knowledge of inventory management & cost control
– Proficiency in POS systems and financial reporting
– Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
