You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our group of hospitality establishments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create effective marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and boost revenue across all our properties.

Job Responsibilities:
·       Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for our group of hospitality and businesses, aligning with the overall organizational goals and objectives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify target customer segments, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
·       Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, print media, and events.
·       Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and design, to create compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, signage, and promotional items.
·       Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives effectively, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
·       Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to management, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
·       Maintain and update online presence, including websites, social media profiles, and online directories, ensuring accurate and engaging content.
·       Manage customer engagement programs, loyalty initiatives, and customer feedback platforms to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty across all properties.
·       Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in hospitality and retail marketing, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
·       Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing collateral and tools that support their efforts in attracting new customers and driving revenue growth.
·       Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications, adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
