Job Position – Female Nursery Manager

Requirements:
– Cache Level 5 qualification (or equivalent)
– Strong teaching background in Early Years Education
– Proven ability to manage and lead staff and teachers effectively
– Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
– Experience in nursery operations and administration
– Ability to support and drive new admissions and nursery growth
– Arabic speaker is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage the daily operations of the nursery
– Lead, supervise, and support teachers and staff
– Ensure high standards of care, education, and compliance
– Build positive relationships with parents and the community
– Develop strategies to increase admissions and maintain occupancy levels
– Foster a positive and productive working environment
