Responsibilities:
– Knowing all the details of the product or service offerings.
– Regularly updating and obtaining the lists of contact details.
– Meet and exceed expectations set by the organization.
– Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the company’s products and services.
– Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects.
– Keep record of every customer interaction and sales activities.
Tele caller Requirements:
– Graduation or equivalent
– Prior experience working as a tele caller or in a similar role
– Knowledgeable with computers
– Excellent interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills
– Having the capability to handle rejections without internalizing them
