Urgent Vacancies for one of client in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Field Service Engineer (Electric and Control)

Preferable experience
– Experience with IR/ Atlascopco / Kobelco/ Siemens/ Cameron
– Experience with any authorized agent by IR/Atlas copco/Kobelco/Siemens/Cameron

Responsibility:
– Pre-commissioning and commissioning after turbo compressor set up in customer site
– Loop check, wiring check of PLC Control Panel, Vibration Monitoring Panel (Bently Nevada)
– Cross check with customer for verifying Cause and Effect Chart, Function check of Auxiliary Device
– Logic Diagram check if the control device is DCS (Distributed Control System)
– Logic update, logic debugging, logic improvement of control system
– Maintenance service, troubleshooting, repairing works of turbocompressors
– Technical support and training Customers & Agents
– Investigate, analyze malfunction/damaged equipment (warranty/non warranty cases) to find a root cause & solution
– Support another department if necessary
– Non-oem business field service, find unknown

Education: higher technical education
– Engineering diploma at a minimum, with electrical, instrumentation, controllogic-PLC(AB, Siemens)
related engineer
Experience:
– AB, Siemens PLC logic experience with compressor equipment(especially turbo/ centrifugal compressor)
– HMI( FactoryTalkView, TiaPortal) experience
– Communication Protocol Experience(Modbus TCP, TCP/ IPModule of PLC with DCS)
– BentleyNevada 3500 Vibration System Experience
– Flowmeter, Gage, Transmitter, Instrument Experience
– Centrifugal Compressor and Pre-commissioning and Commissioning experience(air compressor, fuel
gas compressor, engineered compressor in accordance with API standard)
– Service/maintenance experience with compressor equipment (especially turbo/centrifugal compressor)
– Work experience in or with oil & gas company(Onshore or Offshore)

Knowledge and understanding:
– PLC(AB and Siemens) logic and HMI(Factory Talk View and Tia Portal) composition
– TCP/IP, Modbus TCP connection and communication with DCS system
– Instrument devices(gage or transmitter of temperature, pressure, vibration, flowmeter sensor)
– Bently Nevada Vibration Monitoring System(BN3500)
– Centrifugal type turbo compressor(Air, Fuel Gas, etc)
– PID control concept, controller basic principle for gain tuning
– Logic Diagram understanding of turbo compressor
– Offshore works
