Are you a skilled Finance Administrator with a passion for the restaurant industry? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Finance Administrator, bringing expertise in financial management and a keen understanding of restaurant operations.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and control costs, implement pricing strategies, and enhance overall financial performance.
Utilize financial management software and tools for efficient record-keeping and reporting.
Develop and maintain budget forecasting models to support strategic decision-making.
Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
Handle financial documentation in compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Finance Administrator, preferably in the restaurant industry.
Proficiency in financial management software and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of industry-specific financial operations, including cost control and pricing strategies.
