Job Position – Finance Controller

Omar Bin Eid group is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Controller to oversee our financial planning and management. We are looking for a dedicated professional with exceptional financial acumen and leadership abilities to join our team.
**Responsibilities: **
– Oversee and manage the overall financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
– Lead the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to accounting standards.
– Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
– Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
– Manage and coordinate the annual budgeting process and provide guidance to department heads on budgetary matters.
– Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial risks, and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues.
– Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting key financial metrics and variance analysis.
– Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, tax filings, and audits.
– Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
**Requirements: **
– Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
– Proven work experience (3 years) as a Finance Controller
– In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and financial analysis.
– Strong proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
– Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
– Experience in Building Contracting, Architecture or F&B plus.
