Job Position – Finance Manager

Nationality: Preferably South Indian already residing in UAE.

To oversee the financial operations of our FMCG business, based in Dubai, UAE, with additional responsibility for managing finance operations in India. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, risk management, and compliance, with a proven track record in the UAE market
and exposure to India’s financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned
with business goals for UAE and India operations.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance
analysis to optimize financial performance across both regions.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present consolidated financial statements,
management reports, and regulatory filings for UAE and India.
• Cost Control & Profitability: Monitor costs, implement cost-saving measures, and
drive profitability in both regions.
• Cash Flow & Working Capital Management: Ensure efficient cash flow and working capital management.
• Taxation & Compliance: Ensure compliance with UAE and India tax laws, VAT/GST
regulations, and financial reporting standards.
• Risk Management: Identify financial risks, implement mitigation strategies, and
ensure robust internal controls.
• Audit & Liaison: Work with internal and external auditors to ensure regulatory and
statutory compliance in both regions.
• ERP & Systems Management: Oversee financial systems and implement best
practices for automation and efficiency.
• Cross-Border Financial Coordination: Manage foreign exchange risks, intercompany transactions, and cross-border financial regulations.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor finance teams in UAE and India, fostering a
high-performance culture.

Key Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Mandatory).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, preferably within the FMCG sector in the
UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE and India financial regulations, VAT/GST laws, and
compliance frameworks.
• Proven expertise in financial planning, cost management, and risk assessment.
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage financial operations across multiple geographies and handle
cross-border financial complexities.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA are an advantage.
• Experience in mergers, acquisitions, or strategic financial initiatives is a plus.
