Job Position – Catering Manager

Requirements
Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management / Catering Management or related field.
5 – 10 years’ experience on handling Industrial catering / Camp catering in Middle East region.
Strong hands-on experience in time management, client relations and a proven track record in managing a team and workforce.
Solid knowledge of Food safety and HACCP standards.
Menu planning and cost control & ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Locally available candidates in the UAE and Immediate joiners preferred
