1) Group Admin & Procurement Lead

Location: Business Bay, Dubai

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– End-to-end procurement: supplier sourcing, RFQ, quotation
comparison, PO processing
– Vendor evaluation, negotiation & contract management
– Procurement cost control & budget monitoring
– Vendor database & performance management
– PO approval workflows & procurement policy implementation Office lease, utilities, insurance & facilities management
– Trade license renewal & UAE government coordination
– Corporate travel, hotel, flight & visa coordination
– Asset, inventory & office supplies management
– Invoice, PO & expense verification
– Admin team supervision, delegation & performance management

REQUIREMENTS
– Chinese Speaker
– 4-6+ years UAE experience in Administration & Procurement
– 1-2+ years in a Team Lead/Supervisory role
– Proven experience managing vendors, suppliers and service contracts
– Strong knowledge of UAE commercial practices and local suppliers
– Experience supporting multiple entities/offices
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement or related field
– Fluent Chinese/Mandarin + English (written & verbal) – mandatory
– ERP/Procurement systems: Zoho, SAP, Oracle or similar
– Advanced MS Excel & reporting

2) Accountant

Location: JLT, Dubai

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– General ledger & month-end closing
– Financial reporting & financial statements
– Bank, intercompany & balance-sheet reconciliation
– Journal entries, accruals & prepayments
– VAT & Corporate Tax Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
– Audit support & internal controls
– Work with ERP systems (Xero / Odoo / SAP / Oracle / NetSuite)
– Prepare ad-hoc reports and support management requirements

REQUIREMENTS
– 2-5 years accounting experience
– ACCA / CA Finalist / CPA preferred
– UAE or international accounting exposure
– Advanced Excel skills
– Strong knowledge of IFRS / IAS

PREFERRED (ADVANTAGE)
– Big 4 experience
– Multi-entity / international accounting
– Real estate, consulting, software or crypto exposure
– Preferably Filipino or Indonesian
