Job Position – Quantity Surveyor
Company Name – Omega Group
Location – Dubai.
Key Responsibilities :
– Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and tender pricing
– Evaluate subcontractor, supplier, and nursery quotations
– Prepare Variation Orders and Interim Payment Applications
– Review project quantities, costs and commercial requirements
Requirements :
– (5+ years) of QS experience in landscape contracting
– UAE experience is preferred
– Strong knowledge of softscape, hardscape, and irrigation works
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and PlanSwift
– Strong commercial and analytical skills
Salary: AED 6,000 – 8,000 per month, based on experience
