Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, CMA) a plus.
– Proven experience in financial management, with 12+ years in a leadership role.
– Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
