Job Position – Finance Manager

To oversee all financial aspects of operations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy of the company, ensuring financial health, and driving sustainable growth. The Finance Manager will collaborate with various departments to analyze financial data, provide insights, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
-Financial Planning and Analysis:
• Develop and implement financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
• Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and provide actionable insights to management.
-Budget Management:
• Work closely with department heads to develop and monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
• Track and report on budget variances, providing recommendations for corrective action when necessary.
-Financial Reporting:
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Present financial information to executive leadership, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
-Risk Management:
• Identify and assess financial risks, developing strategies to mitigate potential issues.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
-Cash Flow Management:
• Manage cash flow by monitoring accounts payable and receivable, optimizing working capital, and ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Manage & speak to different vendors and manage payments without missing any deadlines.
-Tax Planning and Compliance:
• Collaborate with external tax consultants to ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
• Implement tax planning strategies to optimize the company’s tax position.
-Payroll Management:
• Utilize experience working with WPS for payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payments.
• Oversee payroll-related compliance and reporting requirements.
-Market Expertise:
• Possess extensive experience working in the UAE market, particularly with Mainland companies.
• Stay abreast of local market trends, regulations, and economic factors impacting the travel industry.
