Job Position – Financial Analyst

Salary: AED 9,000/-
BASIC FUNCTION
Prepare invoices. Reconciling customer accounts. Un allocated payment clearing
Prepare invoices and send invoices to customer.
Reconcile customer accounts.
Un applied payment clearing.
Payment follow up.
Collection of Payments
Monitoring of the receivables
Participate in accruals
Monitoring cheque returns and follow-up for payment.
Perform other related duties as directed by management
Minimum Qualification:
– Graduate of Accounting / Commerce or equivalent
– with at least 5+ years working experience or more
– Proficient in spreadsheets, MS Office and financial software applications.
– Very good computer knowledge of relevant accounting software.
– Excellent communication skill in English
– Locally inside in UAE with real estate background experience
