Responsibilities
-Configure and manage Group Policies
-Delegation of AD objects.
-Configure DHCP, DNS servers
-Group policy support configuration delegation.
-Investigating account lockout issues
-Trouble shooting trust related issues.
-Creation and configuration of all AD Objects
-DHCP DNS and WINS configuration and troubleshooting
-Manage installation and configuration of computer equipment’s
-Troubleshoot and fixed wired and wireless networks
-Worked on the installation and troubleshooting of networking devices such as routers and adapters
-Troubleshooting printers, network cables and scanners
-Performed upgrades and installed updates.
-Troubleshooting and monitoring connectivity issues with LAN, WAN, WLAN
-Troubleshoot Windows networking TCP/IP and DHCP
-Install, configure and maintain software applications, operating systems, administration and network monitoring
-Identifying hardware and software problems and rectifying accordingly
-Install, configure and maintain software applications, operating systems, administration and network monitoring
-Installing and configuration new systems.
-Repairing and upgrading PC hardware and software
-Monitoring and trouble shooting of system failures
-Knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting various routing protocols like RIP and BGP
-Knowledge in configuring and troubleshoot the firewall, router and access points.
-Knowledge in configuring and troubleshoot the VPN
-Knowledge about TCP/IP, Spanning-tree, and OSI models
-Access Control Server configuration
-Knowledge of implementing and troubleshooting complex layer 2 technologies such as VLAN Trunks
-Troubleshooting problems in PABX
-Knowledge in implementing filters on Cisco routes using Standard and Extended Access-list.
