Job Position – Financial Analyst cum Accountant
Location : Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are seeking a talented and motivated Financial Analyst cum Accountant to join our growing finance team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our financial operations and strategic decision-making.
About the Role:
Analyze financial data and trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations to management.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure informed business planning.
Conduct variance analysis and track performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain financial models and projections to support future planning.
Ensure adherence to accounting standards, policies, and UAE regulations.
Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
Reconcile financial discrepancies and maintain data integrity.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or Accountant (experience in the UAE is a plus).
Strong proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and accounting principles.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial modeling tools.
Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) is preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and tax laws is a plus.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a strong asset.
