Job Position – Financial Controller
Company Name – Eminds
Location : UAE
Salary: AED 18k
Key Responsibilities
-Manage project budgets from initiation to completion
-Monitor project costs (labor, materials, overhead) and track variances
-Analyze cost overruns and recommend cost-saving measures
-Prepare financial reports and present insights to management
-Analyze company P&L statements and identify improvement areas
-Track and forecast revenue streams
-Manage and analyze sales pipelines to identify risks and opportunities
-Collaborate with Project Management, Sales, and Operations teams
-Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities
-Stay updated on industry best practices and cost control methodologies.
What You Need
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (CPA/CMA is a plus)
-7+ years of experience in cost control, project finance, or related roles
-Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting & financial analysis
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
-Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
-Advanced Excel / financial modeling skills
-Experience with Primavera / Deltek is an advantage
