1) Data & AI Infrastructure Engineer for Dubai Location.
Design and build infrastructure for AI, data lakes, and analytics platforms, ensuring compute, storage, and integration readiness.
Architect scalable cloud/hybrid environments for data ingestion, processing, and ML workloads.
Implement secure data pipelines, orchestration (Kubernetes/containers), and GPU/accelerator integration.
Optimize performance, cost, and resiliency of large-scale data and AI platforms.
Collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders to align infrastructure with AI/ML and business needs.
2) Database Administrator (DBA)
Administer and optimize enterprise databases (SQL Server, Azure SQL, and hybrid).
Conduct advanced database performance tuning and query optimization.
Implement robust backup, recovery, and high-availability solutions.
Enforce database security policies to meet compliance and regulatory standards.
Support cloud database adoption and modernization initiatives.
Release & Change Management Officer
3) Change Manager
To lead and coordinate technology and process change initiatives across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management (ITSM), enterprise transformation, and stakeholder communication, with experience supporting large-scale changes in banking, financial services, and oil & gas environments.
An operations, and security teams to minimize risks, resolve issues proactively, and deliver stable, secure, and scalable software solutions. Monitor release performance, optimize CI/CD processes, and drive continuous improvement to support rapid innovation in AI, data analytics, and enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end change management process, ensuring compliance with ITIL and organizational policies.
Evaluate, approve, and coordinate infrastructure, application, and business changes to minimize risk and downtime.
Chair or support Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensure proper documentation.
Collaborate with project, operations, and security teams to assess impact and readiness.
Monitor and report on change success, rollback, and post-implementation outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement in change governance and communication.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in IT change management or IT operations.
Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and enterprise service delivery.
Experience with ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar ITSM platforms.
Proven ability to manage change in complex, regulated environments.
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
4) Software Developer- 2–4 years of experience in web development.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain web applications using React and Node.js.
Implement microservices and integrate APIs.
Work closely with senior developers to deliver high-quality features.
Participate in code reviews and testing activities.
Requirements:
Good knowledge of React, Node.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Understanding of microservices architecture.
Experience with Camunda is a plus.
Familiarity with Git, Docker, and basic CI/CD concepts.
5) QA Engineer- 2–4 years of experience in software testing.
Responsibilities:
Design and execute test plans for web applications and microservices.
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.
Automate test cases using modern QA tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
Collaborate with developers to ensure quality standards.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing for web applications.
Familiarity with React and Node.js environments.
Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured).
Knowledge of CI/CD and test automation frameworks.
