Job Position – FM/Admin Coordinator
Company Name – Al Bonian FM
Location – Dubai
Al Bonian Facility Management Services LLC is seeking a Facilities / Admin Coordinator to support operations and client service functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and related documentation accurately and on time.
• Assign, coordinate, and follow up on work orders with engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Maintain strong client relations, responding to queries and ensuring service excellence.
• Monitor and update tasks through CAFM systems.
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and ensure smooth communication between departments.
• Support administrative functions including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration / Engineering.
• Proven experience in Facilities Management / Admin coordination roles.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Hands-on knowledge of CAFM software (mandatory).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
