Job Position – FM Coordinator
Company Name – Juma Al Majid Group

Will be responsible for coordinating facility management activities, scheduling maintenance and repair work, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role will involve liaising with various departments and external contractors to ensure efficient operation of facilities. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records, preparing reports, and overseeing the setup of spaces for events and functions.
Qualifications
Facility Management and Maintenance Coordination skills
Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations
Excellent Organizational and Time-Management skills
Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities
Proficiency with Computer Software and Reporting tools
Experience in managing vendor and contractor relationships
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Relevant certifications in Facility Management are a plus
Previous experience in facility management or a related field
