Job Position – Food & Beverage Manager
Company Name – Peaksy Adventure Park & Restaurant
Location : Yas Bay Waterfront, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi
Hiring for a candidate with strong UAE bar experience who can manage both restaurant and bar operations while delivering excellent guest experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage daily restaurant and bar operations
Lead, train, and supervise F&B team members
Ensure high standards of service, food quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction
Manage bar operations, beverage inventory, ordering, and stock control
Monitor beverage and food costs, wastage, and inventory
Coordinate with kitchen, operations, events, and management teams
Handle customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution
Support events, parties, corporate bookings, and special functions
Drive F&B sales and identify opportunities to increase revenue
Monitor staff schedules, attendance, and performance
Ensure compliance with UAE food safety, hygiene, and licensing requirements
Prepare operational reports and support management with F&B planning
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of F&B management experience
Strong UAE bar experience is required
Experience managing both restaurant and bar operations
Strong knowledge of beverages, bar operations, and inventory control
Excellent leadership and team-management skills
Strong customer service and communication skills
Commercially focused with good understanding of F&B costs and sales
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and peak periods
UAE experience is required; Yas Island experience is an advantage
