Job Position – Food Sample Collector

Location: On-site, Abu Dhabi
Job Type: Full-Time / Shift-based
Job Purpose
Responsible for collecting food, water, and environmental samples from various sites (e.g., production facilities, ports, retail locations) in accordance with applicable regulations and laboratory protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Collect samples from assigned locations based on scheduled requests.
Ensure proper labelling, packaging, and transportation of samples to maintain integrity.
Follow hygienic practices and safety protocols at all times.
Use digital forms or handheld devices for documentation and submission of chain-of-custody records.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or high school certificates
Minimum 1 year of field sampling or food safety experience preferred.
Valid UAE driving License mandatory
Knowledge of food hygiene standards
Good communication and reporting skills (Arabic language speakers required)
