Job Position -Freight Forwarder Coordinator
Location: Dubai, UAE

Are you a detail-oriented Freight Forwarder Coordinator with hands-on experience in the Dubai Trade Portal and Dubai Customs Portal? We are looking for a proactive professional to manage and streamline our freight forwarding operations from documentation to clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
– Handle end-to-end freight forwarding operations (air, sea, and land) including bookings, documentation, and follow-ups.
– Prepare and submit import/export declarations via Dubai Trade and Dubai Customs Portals.
– Coordinate with shipping lines, carriers, customs agents, and transport providers to ensure timely movement of cargo.
– Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations, tariffs, and documentation standards.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipment and clearance records.
Requirements:
– Minimum 2–4 years of Air, Sea and Land Freight Experience in freight forwarding within the UAE.
– Proficient in Dubai Trade Portal and Dubai Customs Portal operations.
– Strong knowledge of international shipping terms (Incoterms), customs procedures, and freight documentation.
– Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments under tight deadlines.
