Job Position – Front Desk Agent
Company Name – Copthorne Hotel
With hotel experience to join our Front Office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service and ensuring smooth front desk operations in line with hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately.
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Manage reservations, room assignments, and ensure accuracy of guest information.
Handle cash, billing, and payment transactions according to hotel policies.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and promotions.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front Desk Agent in a hotel environment.
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service skills and professional appearance.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of hotel management systems (such as Opera) is an advantage.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
