Job Position – Front Desk Executive / Call Center Representative

Job Description:
Seeking a courteous individual to join our team as a Front Desk Executive / Call Center Representative. This dual-role position requires managing front desk operations and handling inbound and outbound calls to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
– Reception Duties:
– Greet and welcome visitors promptly and courteously.
– Manage incoming phone calls, answer inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel or departments.
– Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
– Coordinate appointments and meetings, including scheduling and follow-ups.
– Assist with administrative tasks such as receiving and distributing mail, coordinating deliveries, and filing.
Call Center Duties:
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Follow communication scripts and guidelines during interactions.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Engage in active listening to address customer concerns and complaints effectively.
• Document all call information accurately according to standard operating procedures.
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications
in office administration or customer service is a plus.
– 2 experiences in a front desk or call center role.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Proficiency in using phone systems, computers, and office software applications.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Ability to remain professional and courteous under pressure.
– Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Proficiency in English, Urdu, Hindi
