Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Manage phone calls, emails, and daily inquiries
• Organize meeting schedules, office records, and supplies
• Support interdepartmental communication and coordination
• Maintain accurate data and assist with reporting
• Ensure the reception area reflects AX CAPITAL’s premium image at all times
