Garage Equipment Service Supervisor Jobs in Sharjah
About the job
- Oversees service team activity, monitors status, and reports daily, weekly, and monthly field workshop service activity.
- Monitors service events and field technician activities to ensure proper instructions are followed.
- Investigates specific equipment issues and drives the team towards a prompt resolution.
- Assign qualified, available technicians, ensuring a cost-effective and balance work schedule.
- Resolves escalated customer relations issues and escalated field technician issues.
- Escalates product/equipment issues to functional management and/or appropriate department.
- Provides coaching and mentoring to team members.
- Communicates and maintains relationships with our customers.
- Builds strong relationships with peers and management to best meet company goals and objectives.
- Maintains professional relationships with clients and peers in other organizations.
- Manages and leverages relationships with clients for a specific product/service (best price, best product, etc).
- Weekly reports to the Operations Manager
Required Skills and Experience
- 4-5 years supervisory experience in the automotive equipment industry
- Presentable / Good communication skills
- Driving License
- Knows other languages will be an advantage
Salary: From AED4,000.00 per month
