Job Position – General Civil Foremen

Requirements:
-Minimum 8 years of UAE experience in civil construction
-Must have solid experience working with a reputable main construction/contracting company in the UAE
-Strong experience in structural and finishing works, including concrete, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, screed and related civil activities
-Proven ability to manage site manpower, subcontractors and daily construction activities
-Ability to read and understand construction drawings, specifications and method statements
-Strong knowledge of site execution, quality requirements and HSE procedures
-Ability to coordinate effectively with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, QA/QC, HSE teams and subcontractors
-Strong leadership, manpower planning and problem-solving skills
-Ability to ensure works are completed safely, on schedule and according to approved drawings and quality standards
-Experience in large-scale building construction projects is preferred
-Immediate availability / short notice period is preferred
For hands-on foremen who can take ownership of site activities, lead their teams effectively and maintain high standards of safety, quality and productivity.
