Job Position – General Maintenance

Responsibilities:
-Performing Routine Maintenance: Conducting inspections, routine maintenance tasks, and repairs on facilities, equipment, and systems.
-Troubleshooting and Repair: Identifying issues and troubleshooting problems with plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and other components.
-Maintaining Records: Keeping accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.
-Responding to Maintenance Requests: Addressing maintenance requests from staff or residents promptly and efficiently.
-Ensuring Safety and Compliance: Adhering to safety standards and building codes while performing maintenance tasks.
-Performing Preventative Maintenance: Implementing scheduled preventative maintenance procedures to keep equipment and facilities in good working condition.
-Maintaining Inventory: Monitoring and replenishing maintenance supplies and inventory as needed.
-Coordinating with Contractors: Overseeing and coordinating work with outside contractors for specialized repairs or projects.
-Assisting with Renovations: Supporting renovation projects by performing tasks such as painting, carpentry, or other general labor.
-Upholding Cleanliness: Ensuring that work areas are clean, organized, and safe after completing maintenance tasks.
-Communicating with Management: Reporting maintenance activities, issues, and recommendations to supervisors or property managers.
Qualifications
-Experience in hotel or restaurant.
-Available in Dubai for immediate joining.
-Able to communicate in English
-Computer knowledge.
